Leadership is hard work.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
You need space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters, and figure out the next right step.
You might be leading a nonprofit through more change than anyone anticipated. You might be new to a role and want to lead well from day one. You might just know that something needs to shift — in your team, your organization, or yourself.
If any of that resonates, you’re in the right place.
Strength
You have more resilience and more gifts than you can see right now. Together, we find them — and build from there.
Meaning
We align your decisions and actions with what matters most, so your leadership feels like you again — not just a role you’re filling.
Purpose
You’ll move forward with clarity about your calling and confidence to lead with hope — and that changes everything around you.
How We Work Together
I’m a coach, a facilitator, and a thought partner. And I’m in it with you for the long walk — not just the first few steps.
We work together through one-on-one coaching, team development, and the kind of honest systems thinking that helps organizations move forward.
I bring presence, questions, and tools. You bring your story, your challenges, your hopes. Together, we figure out what needs to shift — and how to make it last.
This work is personal and professional. Because for leaders who care deeply, the two were never really separate.

Founder and Coach
For 37 years I’ve led, coached, and walked alongside leaders across nonprofit, ministry, government, education, and corporate spaces. I’ve been the CEO in the hard room making difficult calls. I’ve facilitated teams through conflict, loss, and unexpected change. I’ve sat with leaders who felt like they were running out of road — and watched them find it again.
My deepest roots are in nonprofit and ministry leadership — but good leadership asks the same hard questions regardless of the sector.
I’m a Certified Coach, Strengths Champion, and Working Genius Facilitator. But what I bring most is this: I’ve been where you are. And I believe transformation happens through relationship, not formulas.
I’m also a husband, dad, and grandfather. I love hiking, biking, and building things with my hands. Those aren’t just hobbies — they’re how I stay grounded. And a grounded coach is a better coach.
Let’s start with a conversation.
No agenda. Just an honest exchange about where you are, what you’re carrying, and where you want to go. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about what working together could look like.
